This can be hard in everyday life, let alone as an athlete, but there are some simple lessons and tricks that we can practice to improve both our nutritional intake and energy output

In this workshop, we'll discuss strategies for pacing through long runs and events, and how cadence and proper running form support this. We'll also go over key Heart Rate Zones to help you understand the benefits of different pacing efforts.
Apr 15 Workshop 05: Strength Training – Slideshow coming soon
Build consistent, functional strength that supports running and hiking –– not just aesthetic big muscles. We’ll explore how developing deep tissue strength creates a stable foundation for movement, allowing athletes to safely build flexibility and power over time. The result is more resilient bodies, lower injury risk, and stronger performance on the trails.

Preparing for a race or big adventure goes far beyond fitness alone. This workshop explores the practical strategies that make or break an event. We'll cover packing options, route & pace planning, setting intentions, and how to approach the days leading up to an event so you can arrive organized, calm, and ready to succeed.
