6:00pm Every Monday, we meet at trail heads around Kelowna BC for a fun group run! We'll be out for ~1 hour plus a short warm-up, running 5-9km depending on terrain.

Please Read & Sign the Participant Waiver & Release Form (Google Forms) before joining our events.

Please Read our Community Guidelines to learn about our policies, leadership, and more of what to expect in our group runs.

What to Bring:    dress for the weather,  trail shoes strongly recommended, snacks & water as needed, headtorch for the winter months.

Consider Carpooling!   Connect with fellow runners on Heylo to arrange carpool rides (some runs are a ways away from Kelowna city center)🌱

Each week will be a little different, changing up location and focus.

Come prepared to do the route in roughly 1 hour. Run details (meet place, route, updates, etc.) are posted in Heylo. Please join our Heylo community and register for each event you wish to attend.

ROSE VALLEY ~ 6km, 200m gain   OR  8.5km, 250m gain
