Training Plans are 24-week programs designed to guide you sustainably toward a 25 km or 50 km trail run. Delivered online, they include video and messaging support to help you adapt the plan to your ever-evolving life.
Memberships are a way to support Sustain Athletics though a small donation of $5 per month, or whatever you feel called to give. This gives you access to our monthly workshops and bonus content. ~ your support is greatly appreciate as I work to offer more content and training services, while keeping things affordable and afloat!
