TRAINING PLANS

The following training plans are designed to guide athletes through completing a trail run of 25km or 50km with significant elevation gain in 6 training blocks (26 weeks). The blocks are designed for February to July 2026, with a series of five peaks before completing your goal mid-July, finishing off with a couple weeks of recovery. Group meetings will occur once each in February, May, and July via Zoom.
